Lack of current data about the breadth and value of meetings and events has prompted leaders of nine meetings and travel associations, as well as two suppliers, to again join forces on a project to determine the economic impact of meetings, according to
MeetingsNet. The project was announced at the Professional Convention Management Association's annual meeting in New Orleans this week.
