Web portal company Yahoo Inc. has acquired Internet fare search provider FareChase Inc., according to sources speaking with The Beat at the National Business Travel Association convention here today. A Yahoo spokesperson late Monday was not immediately able to comment.

Amex Switches Rosenbluth Accounting, Announces Card-Agency Reports

American Express today said it has completed the integration of Rosenbluth International into its own business travel operations, and created a new brand called American Express Business Travel.
