INTERVIEW: American Airlines' Leibman Outlines Post-Merger Priorities

Following the successful integration of US Airways into Sabre’s reservation system last year, American Airlines begins 2016 with the bulk of its merger—from a customer-facing standpoint, at least—behind it. Chief information officer Maya Leibman spoke with The Beat’s Michael B. Baker about what still needs to be done to complete the integration, as well as the carrier’s technology priorities once it clears the reservations milestone.
