INTERVIEW: IATA E-Ticket Project Leader Bryan Wilson

International Air Transport Association director-general Giovanni Bisignani this month said the global airline industry had achieved nearly 50 percent adoption of electronic tickets (ET). With just over 18 months to go before IATA's self-imposed deadline, The Beat's David Jonas spoke with Bryan Wilson, the trade group's e-ticket project director, about technical, regional and cultural challenges to overcome.
