INTERVIEW: IATA NDC Director Yanik Hoyles

Moving beyond the heated squabbles that marked its emergence, the International Air Transport Association's New Distribution Capability entered what program director Yanik Hoyles called the "deployment phase" at the beginning of 2015. Eleven months later, NDC has hit a few milestones. Hoyles spoke with The Beat Editor-in-Chief Jay Boehmer last week to provide an update on the initiative.
