A Decade Of Dispute: AA, Sabre Back To Trial Next Week

American Airlines and Sabre on April 22 are scheduled to begin their long-awaited retrial of federal antitrust claims that US Airways first brought in 2011 against the global distribution system operator. The multiweek trial is set to kick off in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York with jury selection and, time permitting that day, opening statements from lawyers from both sides.
