AA, Sabre Agree On Something In Contract Dispute: Close The Courtroom, Seal The Records

American Airlines and Sabre haven't agreed on much when it comes to the carrier's Texas state contract lawsuit against the global distribution system operator, but they've found common ground in one area. The two litigants this week jointly filed a motion asking the court to close the courtroom to the public at next week's temporary injunction hearing and to seal exhibits and testimony from the hearing.
