Amex, TRX Tighten Partnership

American Express Business Travel last week extended by five years its relationship with TRX Inc. for a handful of applications, and said it could expand usage of the TRX quality control and file finishing technology in its Miami Lakes, FL online servicing facility. Amex in Miami Lakes currently uses tools provided by Cornerstone Information Systems to enable transaction processing without human intervention.
