Admitting it was "hard to verify" and could be "nothing more than competitive banter," an equities analyst who follows Concur Thursday morning published a research note indicating that sales people for American Express were "resisting the corporate push to sell the Concur product and were also offering supposedly easier-to-integrate and cheaper alternative products."
