CO-UA CEOs Expect 'Sticky' Corporate Sales

The United Airlines and Continental merger announced today would create the world's largest carrier, leapfrogging Delta, and could trigger more consolidation resulting in just three remaining U.S. hub-and-spoke network carriers. If the all-stock deal is completed in the fourth quarter as United and Continental expect, the effects for corporate buyers would depend on their organizations' travel patterns. Some could see their negotiated deals grow in scope, with associated discounts on more routes
