CWT Cites 'Business as Usual' Despite Dispute with Tech Vendor

It's "business as usual" at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, according to a CWT spokeswoman, despite a dispute with technology supplier Actuate that prompted CWT to file a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Minnesota. Actuate for nine years has licensed to CWT software that powers CWT's Program Management Center (and its predecessor Discovery application), a data reporting portal used by more than 10,000 CWT customers in more than 60 countries, according to CWT's June 20 complaint.
