A longtime Travelport global distribution system user, Nippon Express Travel USA is adding the recently announced Travelport-branded Rearden Commerce solution to its technology menu largely because it brings a new tool without a new account rep. The travel management company already offers clients Travelport's Traversa product, but Nippon Express marketing director Richard Mizuno said its feature set isn't as mature as the Rearden-backed product.
