Concur Technologies, a provider of automated corporate expense management services, yesterday said it acquired privately-held Outtask, Inc., a vendor of corporate online reservations and expense management tools. The addition of Outtask's Vinnet expense system further strengthens Concur's position in the expense management market while the Outtask Cliqbook system gives Concur a reputable foray into online travel reservations.
