Concur Plans Shareholder Vote Next Month On SAP Deal, Faces Investor Suits

Concur this week notified investors that it will hold a Nov. 19 meeting in Seattle "to consider and vote upon a proposal to adopt a merger agreement" it entered last month with SAP, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The filing also disclosed that Concur faces some typical investor lawsuits over the merger agreement for allegedly failing to carry out its fiduciary duties to shareholders.
