Concur to Buy Gelco

Concur Technologies announced plans to buy expense management competitor Gelco Expense Management for $160 million in cash. Provided the Federal Trade Commission approves the deal, Concur would gain about 1,200 new accounts, including some in the government sector, as well as auditing and payment businesses that are more mature than its own. The deal is expected to close between October and December.
