DOT Yet Again Delays Proposals On Air Fees, Travel Agent Disclosures

The U.S. Department of Transportation once again has delayed its hotly debated "Enhancing Passenger Protections III" proposed rulemaking. It now expects to propose new rules in May 2013, five months later than its previous target date and nearly 18 months behind the original timeline.
