Now A Year Behind Schedule, DOT Again Delays Air Fee Disclosure Regs

In what has become a familiar event, the U.S. Transportation Department again delayed the eagerly anticipated Enhancing Passenger Protections III notice of proposed rulemaking. DOT now expects on Jan. 29, 2013 to publish the proposals, which could dictate how the airline industry presents ancillary items in corporate travel channels.
