Delta Considers Pax Count In Agency Program

Travel management sources are saying Delta Air Lines plans to change its travel agency incentive program to one that measures passengers flown as opposed to such typical metrics as booking share or dollar volume. A Delta spokesperson would not address that level of detail, only confirming that the airline will change its incentive program at the end of this quarter.
