Delta Air Lines today said it would begin imposing a "$3.50 per-segment cost recovery fee" on all domestic and international tickets booked in the Amadeus global distribution system from points of sale in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, effective 12 noon EDT.
