Diller Admits Mistakes, Delays ECT Break Even

After Expedia officials last year hoped for its corporate travel unit to break even during the second half of 2004, chairman Barry Diller in a conference late yesterday acknowledged the milestone may not even be achieved this year. He also said the broader Expedia overspent on marketing at the expense of supplier relationships.
