American Express, Continental Airlines, Visa and others are looking for solutions to travel buyers' new problem of reporting on airline fees and surcharges for checked bags, preferred seating, pillows and blankets, soft drinks and fuel. They're not finding them fast enough, though, according to travel buyers who are resorting to flawed processes or resigning themselves to having no process at all.
