Feds Again Defend ETS2 Decision, Call CWT Bid 'Ineligible'

Requesting a dismissal, both Concur and the federal government in court documents blasted CWT's latest protest and its failed bid to serve federal civilian agencies through the second-generation E-Gov Travel Service.
