Feds Again Defend ETS2 Decision, Call CWT Bid 'Ineligible'

Carlson Wagonlit Travel in October filed a second post-award protest against the federal government claiming the U.S. General Services Administration's "unprecedented" 15-year, $1.3 billion contract for end-to-end travel services awarded exclusively to Concur violated federal law. Requesting a dismissal, both Concur and the federal government in court documents blasted CWT's latest protest and its failed bid to serve federal civilian agencies through the second-generation E-Gov Travel Service.
