Frontier Enlists Sabre For GDS Bypass

Denver-based Frontier Airlines has an aggressive agenda for lowering its distribution costs, and its plan includes what some might consider an unlikely partner. Sabre Holdings will help enable Frontier to bypass global distribution systems by connecting the airline's reservations system directly to distributors, said Frontier director of information technology business solutions Lowell Miller.
