G2: Orbitz Was Cooperative Before Cendant

It was only after Cendant Corp. bought Orbitz that the latter turned 'hostile' and its relationship with G2 Switchworks became 'acrimonious,' according to a complaint filed by G2 in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. Previously, G2 executives maintained 'cooperative,' separate relationships with Orbitz and Cendant in which they shared confidential business plans, according to the filing.
