GDS Group Sees 'Some Progress' In Ancillary Fee Availability, But Still Need For DOT Action

The Travel Technology Association, the trade group representing global distribution systems and online travel agencies, countered comments Airlines for America submitted last month to the U.S. Department of Transportation. Not surprisingly, Travel Tech does not hold the airline group's view that the marketplace has adequately addressed the issue of ancillary fee availability in sales channels.
