Hawaiian Asks Court To Toss Sabre Suit: 'Sabre Is Receiving Exactly What It Bargained For'

Hawaiian Airlines on Monday filed a motion to dismiss a federal breach-of-contract lawsuit that Sabre filed in August. Hawaiian argues that the plain language of their contract shows the airline was not in breach when it enacted a global distribution system surcharge and withdrew fare content from "legacy channels," including Sabre.
