ITA Critiques Amadeus and Airline Owners, Notes Amadeus Sold ITA Stake

Air France, Iberia and Lufthansa have declined to provide ITA Software with the quality of availability data that other carriers offer, according to the software provider. In ITA's eyes, that's enough reason for the European Commission to maintain its regulations governing the behavior of airlines with ownership interests in global distribution system companies, namely the aforementioned trio that own parts of the Amadeus parent company.
