In trying to investigate whether potential lodging suppliers are practicing environmentally friendly policies, corporate travel buyers might as well be asking whether the buildings themselves are painted green. While some hotel companies have made progress in greening their practices and their buildings, buyers are largely stumped in lieu of an effective certification program.
