Judge Finds AA Antitrust Claims 'Plausible,' Denies Motions To Dismiss

A U.S. district court judge on Aug. 7 denied requests by Sabre, Travelport and Orbitz to dismiss American Airlines' antitrust claims, according to a court filing unsealed on Tuesday. Barring settlement between the parties, the ruling means that all of AA's current antitrust claims against distributors will proceed in court.
