Judge Sets Trial Date As Travelport And Wex Dispute eNett's Competitive Set

A London court this week set Sept. 21 as the starting date of a trial to decide whether Wex is legally entitled to pull out of its $1.7 billion acquisition of payment businesses eNett and Optal. eNett is majority-owned by Travelport. Wex cited the coronavirus pandemic when announcing plans to back out of the deal in May.
