With Lawsuit Settled, AA Eyes New Res System Deal With Sabre

As part of last week's lawsuit settlement, American Airlines extended by at least two years the expiration date of its passenger services system deal with Sabre. While AA continues work to upgrade its current Sabre-powered res system, it also agreed to give the travel technology firm a period of exclusivity to negotiate a new contract.
