M&A Details Revealed As Navigant Files Annual Report

Navigant International 'as soon as possible' will file with the Securities and Exchange Commission new reports for the first and second quarters of this year and expects to apply for reinstatement on the Nasdaq shortly thereafter, following last week's filing of its 2004 annual report after a seven-month delay. In the report, Navigant restated certain information related to financial performance between 2000 and 2004.
