McGraw To Lead Amex In North America

McGraw takes the helm of the largest online and offline corporate travel agency in North America while it is in the midst of a significant restructuring, which it calls Playing2Win. 'I don't want to call it a reorganization, but it's all part of asking whether we have the appropriate business structure today to be the most competitive it can be, not only for today but also for 18 and 36 months out,' McGraw said in an interview today.
