Once Suing Sabre For Millions In Damages, US Airways Now Seeks… Twenty Bucks?

In a letter submitted Monday to the judge overseeing its federal antitrust lawsuit against Sabre, US Airways made a request that even its own lawyers called "unusual." The airline proposed to waive "tens of millions" of dollars in potential damages and sue Sabre for a mere $20 on the condition the trial be decided by a judge, not a jury.
