Poll: Even Bag Fees Are A Pain For Buyers

How big of an issue is the airline fee trend? After all, many frequent travelers are exempt from certain fees due to loyalty program status or the higher-priced fare they bought, and often do not check bags anyway. Furthermore, research shows less than 10 percent of corporate air dollars go to fees. But according to significant percentages of 125 travel buyers polled during the National Business Travel Association convention here last week, it's a big issue.
