Sabre Gets Aggressive On Passives

Sabre Travel Network on December 1 will implement a new policy to curb 'increasing incidents of improper use of non-billable passive segments' at U.S. points of sale, according to a letter sent Monday to users. To have the functionality restored, they would be required to decline booking incentives and pay Sabre $2.50 for each passive segment.
