Sabre Picks Apart Verdict In Plea For Favorable Judgment

As expected, Sabre on Monday filed a motion with the federal court that oversaw the antitrust claim it unsuccessfully defended against US Airways, now American Airlines. The global distribution system operator asked a federal court to issue a judgment in its favor, despite a jury verdict that had sided with the airline. "In the alternative," Sabre asked the court to grant a new trial on the contract claim on which US Airways prevailed last month.
