Social Networking Coming To Amex?

Social networking media such as user reviews and rating systems have yet to impact business travel, but many expect that to change as early as next year. American Express, for example, plans to develop new products to harness the expertise of its employees and those of its corporate customers, according to American Express Global Travel Services president Charles Petruccelli, speaking during a keynote presentation at the PhoCusWright conference here last week.
