TECHNOLOGY: Orbitz 'GDS Bypass' Uses GDS?

That Orbitz and Worldspan now find themselves in court (two, actually) is not a surprise to some. The details and nuances of their claims and counter-claims are confusing, but essentially come down to Worldspan alleging that Orbitz stole data from it and breached their contracts and Orbitz accusing Worldspan of deception and misrepresentation during the evolution of their agreements.
