TRX Goes Public At $9 Per Share

TRX Inc. today launched its initial public offering at $9 per share, trading as much as 44 cents higher by midday before closing unchanged. The company earlier this month cut its expected opening price range to $9 to $10 from $11 to $13 and said TRX would generate roughly $28.5 million after IPO expenses, down from an earlier estimate of $36.9 million.
