Readers of The Beat chose Delta Air Lines as the Most Admired Airline, as well as Supplier of the Year, two honors the airline has been awarded for eight consecutive years.
For the third year in a row, subscribers named BCD Travel as the Most Admired Travel Management Company. Meanwhile, Amadeus unseated SAP Concur in this year's annual poll as Most Admired Travel Technology Company.
The Beat presented the Readers' Choice awards today in New York City at the 12th annual The Beat Live.
Other repeat winners included American Express as Most Admired Payment System, a category it has dominated for a dozen years. National Car Rental, meanwhile, drove away for the second straight year with the Most Admired Car Rental Brand honor.
Marriott International took the top honor in the lodging category, unseating last year's winner, Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
The awards were based on a poll fielded this summer that asked subscribers of The Beat to name the company in each of six supplier segments they "most admire for its policies, management style and service for business clients." Respondents who voted for their own companies were disqualified.
