Travel Leaders 'Me Too' Case Could Go Class Action

When a former Travel Leaders Group executive filed suit against the company on claims related to the U.S. Equal Pay Act, sexual harassment, negligence and defamation, she positioned herself as "just one female employee of many others similarly situated." Her complaint noted that other "me too" examples could emerge. According to a filing last week, the plaintiff anticipates "additional parties in this action" and stated there is "the possibility that this matter may evolve into a class action."
