Travelport to Sunset Trip Manager, Build New Agent Desktop

Travelport has dispensed with Worldspan's My Trip and More itinerary solution, and will do the same with Worldspan's Trip Manager corporate booking product, in favor of Galileo equivalents ViewTrip and Traversa respectively. But the company has adopted Worldspan solutions for airline pricing as well as refunds and exchanges, and will build new offerings for airline fare caching, the agent point of sale and possibly traveler profiles, according to Travelport GDS president and CEO Gordon Wilson.
