Tri-Pen President Wofford Pleads Guilty To $17M Billing Fraud

Tri-Pen Management founder, president and CFO Victoria Wofford Wednesday pleaded guilty to charges that she fraudulently billed more than $17 million and used the funds to develop software, buy an apartment and invest in a restaurant chain. Wofford confessed to using two American Express business travel accounts from a client that had outsourced travel management to her company during the past three years.
