Tzell Parent CNG Builds Hotel Inventory With Acquisition

Ireland's CNG Travel Group today said it acquired consumer hotel booking sites and brands owned by Places to Stay from WorldRes for $12.5 million, marking the first phase in the company's effort to build a business-to-consumer channel.
