US Airways Agents, Customers to Use ITA's Ticket Change Tool

US Airways will use an ITA Software product to handle ticket exchanges, reissues and repricing across its call centers, airport kiosks and Web site. An extension of ITA's QPX airfare pricing and shopping system, ReShop was introduced in 2007 and currently is in use by one airline, Alaska Airlines.
