Sabre: US Airways Seeks To 'Relitigate' Clashes With AA, Northwest And Air Canada

This week, in a letter to the court hearing US Airways' four-year-old antitrust lawsuit against Sabre, the global distribution system operator pushed back at the carrier's plan to, in the words of a Sabre lawyer, "relitigate previously-resolved disputes" with Air Canada, American Airlines and Northwest Airlines. As Sabre and US Airways make their way to an Oct. 26 trial start, they are haggling over what will be admissible at trial.
