Worldtek Adds Owners, Takes Aim at Corp. Market

Worldtek Travel majority owner Douglas Knight this month sold undisclosed portions of the New Haven-based firm to travel management veterans Michael Share and Jeany Zuhde. Knight and Vin Rosa retained ownership stakes in the company, which the four executives run as managing directors. They plan to more aggressively seek corporate travel business as a way to grow the travel management company, currently a sports specialist. Terms were not disclosed.
