The Beat Live Agenda Now Posted

We are proud to present the agenda for The Beat Live conference, taking place Sept. 29-Oct. 1 in Arlington, Va.

The event will feature a Keynote on the future of travel technology and distribution from Orbitz founding CEO and KA holdings managing director Jeff Katz; a View From The Top interview with American Express Global Business Travel chairman and founder of investment firm Certares Greg O'Hara; the Hot Seat featuring Lufthansa German Airlines vice president of the Americas Juergen Siebenrock; and The Interview with BCD Travel CEO John Snyder.

Among panel presentations, Inside The Beltway will spotlight pressing legislative and regulatory issues with Airlines for America's Sharon Pinkerton, The Travel Technology Association's Steve Shur and American Society of Travel Agents' Paul Ruden.

We Want Mobile And We Want It Yesterday will offer a C-level view of mobile technology trends with Christopherson Business Travel CEO Mike Cameron, Egencia chief technology officer Sravana Karnati, Mobile Travel Technologies CEO Gerry Samuels and Roadmap CEO Jeroen van Velzen.

Always a crowd favorite, The Buyer's Table will give travel managers and buyers their say on hot topics, with confirmed participation from Booz Allen Hamilton's Jack Lever and IAC's Rosemary Maloney.

The agenda also will include a keynote speech to be selected by The Beat's readers in an upcoming vote.

Reprising their roles will be Phocuswright managing director Tony D'Astolfo (moderator of the always-entertaining The Views panel), PlaneBusiness publisher Holly Hegeman (delivering provocative lunchtime commentary on the airline industry) and United Airlines senior vice president of worldwide sales Dave Hilfman (The Beat Live's one-of-a-kind master of ceremonies).
