The Beat Live: This Is The Robert Report

Join us Sept. 10-12 in Nashville at The Beat Live, where McKinsey & Co. associate principal Robert (pronounced row-BEAR) Carey will present The Robert Report (pronounced re-PORT or re-PORE__you decide).

The Robert Report will update attendees on McKinsey's "The Trouble With Travel Distribution" paper, published in early 2012. The potential for customer relationship management in the airline industry is great, but the industry has achieved only limited success to date. Carey will expand on two imperatives from the original article related to Big Data and the customer experience. He wants your feedback in advance about other distribution questions you would like to explore and the top "failed" ideas you've heard related to targeted customer relationships in distribution.
